GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Antech Construction Chemicals Joint Stock Company is committed to providing high quality waterproofing paint products and services with dedication and professionalism. Below are general policies and regulations to ensure customer benefits.

I. Conditions and restrictions on the provision of goods and services

  1. Geographical scope
    • The company provides products and services nationwide, except for some islands and hard-to-reach areas.
    • International shipping can be done through partner shipping companies, and customers need to contact in advance for more details.
  2. Delivery time
    • Delivery 3 – 7 business days for domestic orders, depending on location.
    • Orders that require long distance shipping or large volumes may take 7 – 14 days.
  3. Special delivery terms
    • Orders with value greater than 50 million VND require a 30% deposit before shipping.
    • Customers need to provide clear delivery address and accurate contact information to ensure smooth delivery.

II. Inspection, return and exchange policy

1. Inspection policy

  • Customers have the right to check the status and quantity of products immediately upon receipt from the shipping unit.
  • If damage, shortage, or discrepancy is found with the order, the customer must notify the Company immediately within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.
  • The company is not responsible for any claims after the above period without valid evidence.

2. Return and exchange policy

2.1. Thời hạn hoàn trả và đổi hàng
  • Time limit for accepting returns or product exchanges: 7 days from the date the customer receives the goods.
  • Products must have original tags, labels and be unused to be accepted for return or exchange.
2.2. Phương thức hoàn trả và đổi hàng
  • Customers can contact directly via hotline or email to register for a return or exchange.
  • The company will instruct customers to return the goods via the shipping unit or bring them directly to the representative office.
2.3. Phương thức hoàn tiền
  • After receiving and checking the returned product, the Company will refund the customer within 7 – 10 working days.
  • Refund method:
    • For payment via bank transfer: Refund to customer account.
    • For COD payment: Refund in cash or bank transfer as agreed.
2.4. Chi phí hoàn trả
  • The Company will bear the return shipping costs if the defect is due to the product or due to the Company’s mistake.
  • In case the customer changes his/her mind and does not want to use the product (not due to the Company’s fault), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
