  • Normal delivery time is 3 – 7 business days depending on delivery location.
  • For inner city areas or neighboring provinces, the time may be shorter (1 – 3 days).
  • For remote areas or large quantity orders, delivery time may be extended up to 7 – 14 days. We will notify in advance if there is any change.
  • Shipping costs depend on weight, order size and delivery distance.
  • Free shipping: Applies to orders over 20 million VND in inner city areas of Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi.
  • Customers will be notified of specific shipping fees upon order confirmation.
  • Yes, customers are allowed to check the product status and quantity immediately upon receiving the goods from the shipping unit.
  • If you find any errors or the product does not match the order, please contact the Company immediately via hotline for support.
  • We encourage customers to check the goods carefully to ensure the best benefits.

We support two main payment methods:

  1. Cash on delivery (COD): Customers pay cash to the delivery staff upon receipt of goods.
  2. Bank transfer: Customers transfer money to Antech Construction Chemicals Joint Stock Company’s account before delivery.

  • With COD payment, the delivery staff will provide an invoice or receipt when you receive the goods.
  • For bank transfers, we will send a payment confirmation email or text message within 24 hours of receiving the funds.

Returns and warranties

  • Customers can exchange or return products within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • Products must have intact tags and labels, be unused and have full purchase invoices.

  • Waterproofing products are warranted against defects arising from manufacturing quality or technical defects.
  • Warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, unsuitable environment or external physical impact.
  • The specific warranty period is clearly stated in the warranty card or printed in detail on the product.
  • If the product has a manufacturer defect, the Company will cover 100% of the return and shipping costs.
  • If the customer returns the product because they no longer need it (not due to product error), the customer will pay the shipping fee themselves or ship it to the store themselves if you are near our store.
  • After confirming receipt of valid goods, we will refund within 1 – 3 working days or resolve within 24 hours if possible.
  • If payment is made by bank transfer, the money will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
