PAYMENT POLICY

Antech Construction Chemicals Joint Stock Company applies two main payment methods to bring maximum convenience to customers: Cash on delivery (COD) and Payment via bank transfer. Customers can choose the payment method that suits their personal needs.

I. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  1. Introducing COD form
    • Customers pay directly in cash to the delivery staff upon receiving the product.
    • This method applies to domestic orders within Vietnam.
  2. COD payment process
    • When the order is delivered to the customer’s address, the delivery staff will contact in advance by phone.
    • Customers check the product and pay the correct order value as agreed.
    • In case the customer refuses to receive the goods, please notify the Company immediately via hotline.
  3. Note on COD payment
    • COD method is only applicable for orders under 50 million VND. For orders with larger value, customers please use bank transfer method.
    • In case the order has a delivery fee, the customer will pay this additional fee to the delivery staff.

II. Payment via bank transfer

  1. Introduction to money transfer
    • Customers pay through the Company’s bank account before receiving the goods.
    • This method is suitable for large value orders, corporate customers, or orders that need fast delivery.

  3. Payment transfer process
    • Customers transfer the correct amount and fill in the transfer content according to the instructions.
    • The company will confirm payment within 24 hours of receiving successful transaction notification from the bank.
    • After confirming payment, the Company will process and deliver the goods according to the committed time.
  4. Note on bank transfer payment
    • If the transfer is made on a holiday, the transaction will be processed on the next business day.
    • Customers are responsible for transfer fees (if any) according to bank regulations.
    • Please keep the remittance receipt for verification in case of any errors.
