Return policy

1. Return Period
We allow returns within 3 days of purchase. Return periods may vary depending on the specific product and return policy.
2. Return Conditions
- To be eligible for a return, the product must have a purchase invoice or similar proof of purchase.
- The product does not match the product classification as per the order.
- Manufacturer’s fault.
- Returned products must be new, intact and show no signs of use.
- Not applicable to promotional products or clearance products.
3. Return Process
Immediately after receiving the returned/exchanged product from the customer, Antech Waterproofing team will evaluate the product, notify the results and the earliest solution. In case the customer brings the product directly with the invoice, the company support staff will check the product status and provide a solution right at the transaction location.
